Delivery

Delivery will be ex-works, goods will be dispatched through agreed mode of transport on to pay basis. 

Breakages & Shortage

No responsibility is taken for breakages or loss in transit. We are under no obligation of replacing goods.

Force Majeure

Not withstanding whatever contained herein, in the event due to reasons beyond our control such as Riots, Strikes, Civil Commotion, Shortage of Raw Materials, Act of God, Government Restrictions, etc. We are prevented from making supplies, we will not be labels for any penalization for delay or non-supply of the items.
